Share in a day of health and wellness at our Annual Wellness Retreat Day!
Designed to introduce women to unique coping strategies they might not have previously used, we have brought together credible and compassionate professionals to lead each of the workshops. Following a healthy lunch, sit quietly or stroll around and enjoy the beauty of Our Lady of Grace.

It is a powerful tool in dealing with difficult emotions. We will explore ways to stop being so hard on yourself and motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism. Explore your feelings in a supportive environment, on a drum, tambourine, and other interesting instruments! Returning and new participants welcomed—no musical experience necessary!
