Share in a day of health and wellness at our Annual Wellness Retreat Day!
Designed to introduce women to unique coping strategies they might not have previously used, we have brought together credible and compassionate professionals to lead each of the workshops. Following a healthy lunch, sit quietly or stroll around and enjoy the beauty of Our Lady of Grace.
